Hello,

I'd like to make a clean install and start another hackintosh with (or without) the following already own pieces of hardware.
Ideally I'd like the machine to last at least three years without having to bother too much.
I will use it to edit 4K video with Davinci Resolve so I will change for sure the GPU which is current a GTX 1080.
My question concerns mainly the GPU to buy but if you think I should replace another component I'd be glad to get your input :

Install problem with opencore 0.9.0 + ventura 13

I use the latest opencore0.9.0 to install the ventura system, and the EFI has the latest drivers, but I can’t see the option to install the system when starting the USB disk. There are only two icons of USB disk and windows. After I click USB disk icon, the screen is black and there is no reflection. . May I ask how to solve it? Below is my hardware information. My EFI file also came up. Please help me take a look, thank you.

Got this PC for 20 bucks off Craigslist and I amm looking to install MacOS on it.
It works under Windows 10, and as a matter of fact im writing this Post on it.
Surely it insn't suitable for acutal everyday use, but it would make for a nice Project nevertheless.

So, here are the specs:
MOBO: ASUS P5KPL-AM
CPU: Pentium E5300
GPU: Radeon HD5850
HDD: barracuda 160gb 7200rpm

Is it possible to install mac on it? if yes, what would be the latest compatible OS?

Everytime i boot my ryzentosh it freezes on pci(build 20
:33:10 Jan 30 2023),flags 0xc3000.Any help?

I have a friend with this PC configuration:

PC 4th Gen:
--------------
Motherboard: ASRock B85M-HDS
CPU: Intel Core i5-4460
RAM: DDR3 1600mhz 2 x 4GB (8GB Total)
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4GB)
SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 500 GB

I did a hackintosh to it's PC with MacOS Monterey. To take advantage of the Nvidia GTX 1050 GPU I applied the Opencore Legacy Patcher.

I'm looking to build a PC for music production. My main DAW is Pro Tools, and the last PC I built (recommended from this website) has the old Sandy Bridge technology from 2015, and I'm just now realizing that I need to upgrade.

Hi there,

I'm new in the hackintosh world and would like to try it :).
I hope that some can tell me of it will work with my hardware
I have a older pc for it.

Specs:
CPU: intel 7820x
Moth: Asus TUF X299 Mark 1
SSD: Samsung nvme ssd 960 evo

GPU: Nvidia GTX 3070, i need to replace it for a AMD GPU.
I don't know if a AMD RX 6650 will work ?

i'm a phone technician. i installed hackingtosh to serve iphone bypass. but only hacktosh sierra can be installed. phone software requires high sierra or higher. i tried to install it but it doesn't work install colver catalina but stuck apple logo. i don't know how to solve. please help me.
