13.3 issues while start boot com.apple.recovery.boot

Hello!
After making EFI by dortania's guide stuck on usb installation, macOS installing not starts only reboots afte lines goes down.
My hardware:
  1. CPU Ryzen 7 3800x
  2. GPU XFX radeon 6600xt
  3. two m2 SSD nvme one with Windows, second EndeveaourOS (macOS gonna be there)
  4. 32 GB ram
  5. aourus pro ax b550
Open core 0.9.2 DEBUG release
What's it could be?

Ventura on i5-13600k / ASUS Z790P - Random turn offs

Hi , I am experiencing random turn off on my installation, meaning that is like the supply current goes a way for half second, the same effect.

The system then restarts again.

it happen completely random and it can be in the middle of doing something or just like that.

I have an ASUS Z790P WIFI, Intel i5-13600k, Memory fury Beast DDR5 5600 MHZ

At the begin I thought that there is something with the memory, I did tested it, I reduced the frequency in the bios... but nothing still...

Hello. As I understand it, there is no way to get a poppy on uhd730 now .. I'm thinking of buying myself an RX570 now to start a poppy. Is this a normal build? I already have such a computer, only a video card is missing .. Can I see where what settings need to be done?

Somehow my permissions got screwed up in my Hackintosh Clover installation of Mojave 10.14.6 and I can't Create any USB drive. Was Reading to see if I could use opencore to upgrade to Monterey or Catalina. How to generate USB port map on Windows for use on macOS, which has a limit of 15 ports per USB controller, using dhinakg's USBToolBox. This is currently the easiest method of generating the USB port map for macOS with the only downside being that you need a Windows system on the same machine.

I have not found detailed instructions about it in this forum, if they are available somewhere please tell me so I don't duplicate the post.

I had a working High Sierra install that was running on the IGP video of a 2600k and I wanted to install a GT 740 video card to enable some GUI's in software I'm using. Installed the card and booted hoping it would be recognized since it's driver's are supposed to be built in. When it wouldn't work I ran MultiBeast for High Sierra and installed only the Inject NVidia customization. Apparently this was a mistake because it was meant for older video cards. I'm new in the hackintosh world and would like to try it :).
I hope that some can tell me of it will work with my hardware
I have a older pc for it.

Specs:
CPU: intel 7820x
Moth: Asus TUF X299 Mark 1
SSD: Samsung nvme ssd 960 evo

GPU: Nvidia GTX 3070, i need to replace it for a AMD GPU.
I don't know if a AMD RX 6650 will work ?

Anyone who installed both Monterey and Ventura, noticed something significant between these 2 OS's as far as the EFI folder, kext, config file go.
I have a working Monterey install on a i5-7200U, but when I try to boot Ventura with the same EFI, it stops very early in the booting process, it's hard to diagnose what it is, because it just stops without any error message, and it's not always at the same spot, tried to do some searching in the forums and found some people with the same problems...
