I have been having issues trying to install Catalina on my setup. I can not even pass the verbose screen when selecting install Mac OS on Clover. I have already looked into every guide out there and still no luck. I attached the error I get and the clover folder if anyone can help thanks.

Hey guys! I got my hands on a Dell Optiplex GX280 that I will convert into a budget build. The point of this rig is to teach my son (13 years old) how to build a computer. My question is this, if I don't plan on installing Mac Os on it, can I still show my build here? The case is already apart and the frame is painted black.

Hi, I am new in Hackintosh.
I just completed the windows 10 installation on my dual boot system, and I noticed something, the GPU idle temperature on Catalina was much higher than on my windows 10. On macOS, the idle temperatures were about 50-57 °c , while on Windows 10, much lower at about 38-45 °c .

I'm wondering if this has something to do with macOS and it is normal. thanks.

As long as I do not try to use the UMC, everything is running fine. But select it as the default sound device or try to set it up in LogicProX and the machine will freeze.

The UMC is a 4 channel USB2 I/O audio device.

AMD R7 1700 3.3mghz
Asus X370Pro
32 gigs ram
GTX 1080ti
Install is with SierraAMDv5.2 disk image and instructions from here - http://forum.amd-osx.com/viewtopic.php?f=24&t=2707

Title sums up question...all my installs are failing with no connectivity to a 'recovery' server. Are there older OSX versions that do not require this connection for the installation to happen? Thanks.

This is a guide for the Kabylake ASUS UX360CAK-AH51T, on Mojave and High Sierra.
Should work for the CPU m3/i7 models as well.
This is completely based off of 'dynamic' or 'clover' patching, as such it is less dependent on DSDT changes, as such it should work better over time.

This guide relies on you knowing the basics on how to set up a hackintosh.

I have a GS66 Stealth (attached screenshots for hardware specs). Clover loads but when I click install osx it never gets to the installer, giving me different errors (attached verbose and EFI folder). Any help would be appreciated!

I instailled Macos Catilina on my Dell latitude 7480 and before i did i was stuck on apple boot logo got around that by putting in laptop clover config which you can see all that here https://www.tonymacx86.com/threads/stuck-on-boot-screen-before-instaill-help.301085/ but now its stuck again on boot logo and will go all the way to the end of progress bar i dont know what to do brand new to this HELP!!!!!!! WILL UPDATE WITH THE VERBOOSE ERROR SOON!

Hi There,

Im trying to create a Hackintosh using uniBeast and multiBeast, with macOS Catalina 10.15.4.

I get to the Clover Boot page, then to the Apple logo, and loading screen when booting from the USB I created.. the loading bar goes all the way to the end, but never goes to the next screen to start the macOS install.

Attached is the Verbose Mode, that shows where it pauses, please can you assist me?
