10.14.5/2 fails to boot from USB (xid 1520)

Motherboard: Gigabyte Auros Pro Wifi
CPU: Intel 8700K
GFX: XFX Radeon RX 580


New build, trying to follow this guide, however the USB installer gets hung up around "checkpoint xid 1520" every time. I've also tried booting from my former Mojave SSD with no luck (semi-working in my old rig with nvidia gfx).

Also tried with my old install USB (10.14.2 with old and revised...

Clover Update 4961 Blackscreen result

Hey I currently I updated my clover build to 4961 and after reboot it result in a black screen.
My system is based on Micostar Mainboard MS-B9071 with i5-7400 and 8GB Ram and RX 580.


My -v is attached.

I have no idea at all

Slow wifi after sleep

Pronlem: Wifi is considerably slower (transfer rate) after sleep. This is new since I upgraded to 10.11, I never had this issue with 10.10 on the same machine.

I'm using a BCM94352Z connected to a 802.11n router at 300mbps on a 5GHz network (link speed as reported in OSX is the same before and after sleep). I use FakePCIID and the BCM94352Z_as_BCM94360CS2 injector.

On a fresh boot, I'm seeing 12MB/s transfers to/from my NAS. After sleep, this goes down to ~1.5MB/s. I see the same...

hi, I bought this wifi + bluetooth card https://www.amazon.it/gp/product/B00MBP25UK/?tag=tonymacx86com-21 , but in Mojave 10.14.5 bluetooth doesn't work, while the wifi work fine. Can someone help me?

i have this configuration Hackintosh:
- gigabyte motherboard: GA-B250M-D2V
- amd Radeon RX 580 8 Gb
- Crucial CT8G4DFS8213 Memoria da 8 GB, DDR4, 2133 MT/s (PC4-17000) SR x8, DIMM, 288-Pin

Hello Tonymacx86 community,

I succesfully installed macOS 10.14.5 Mojave on my Lenovo Ideapad 510-15ISK notebook using a vanilla clover install.
I used Rehabman's laptop guide. I got everything working except audio.

BCM943602CS Combo Card For Hackintosh

Anybody have any experience using a Broadcom BCM943602CS? This has been use on current Macbook Pro retina 2015 with Bluetooth 4.1 upgraded from the previous BCM94360CD. I have a hit and miss buying the BCM94360CD from various Ebay sellers but finally got one seller from Taiwan which work oob. there are various sellers from Ebay but one thing that really interest me is Amazon Uk which some buyers said card works great.

I've recently completed my first Hackintosh, and with great trial and tribulation have conquered just about every issue .. except one. Coil whine!

Intel l6700k Processor
Corsair H55 cpu water cooler
Asrock z170 OC Formula Mother Board
16 G DDR4 3000 Memory
Sapphire RX 480 8G nitro

I resolved issues with the video card driver, random reboots to the circle of death with a line through it, getting overclocking to work, learning how to use Clover and the various tools ... and the last problem...

So i bought this one and thought it would work out of the box. I was wrong.
After few days i managed to stabilize my 10.14.2 and now it works as it should - actually it runs fantastic, faster than ever, except this bad boy.
What seems to be the problem?
i cannot work with 3 monitors
i cannot send a 4th display to my TV to watch movies
as i did for the last two years with my GTX970 and sierra/high sierra

The symptoms are kinda strange. i don't think it is a settings problem but then...

Hi all, recently I've migrated from GTX970 to MSI Radeon RX580 ARMOR 8G OC, and now I'm getting random freezes (sometimes for few seconds, sometimes restarting WindowServer, but usually system freezes at all and I need to reboot).

I've installed Lilu and WhateverGreen.

iGPU is enabled and memory set to 32 MB.

It freezes with different logs, for example:

Hi there.

This is more or less my first post - so if I have something wrong (signature etc) let me know and I'll sort it asap :)

Could really do with some help. I've just 'upgraded' from an RX580 OC to a Sapphire Vega 64 Nitro+. Everything works but the performance isn't what it should be. I'm getting an OpenCL score on Geekbench of around 142 / 143k. I know is should be more like 200k. Also my BruceX (in FCPX) is about 21 seconds. Again around twice the time it should be taking.
