SSDs show up in OS X but will not in Clover

Hi,

I am transitioning from a Mountain Lion/Windows 7/Chimera to El Capitan/Windows 10/Clover and have been running into some issues.

I followed the installation guide exactly. Installed Unibeast on a flash drive with Legacy mode. Followed all the BIOS rules(AHCI, ect). My goal is to get El Capitan up and running on my 128GB Sata 2 SSD.

I currently have a

• 60GB mSATA SSD - that I successfully installed El Capitan on. Can boot to, and shows up in Clover.
