Need Advice Hackintosh build vs eGPU vs older mac pro upgrade

Thanks in advance for reading this post. For the past month or so I have been going back and forth on which route would suit me needs the best. The practical application of this need is strictly for running premiere pro and after effects, maybe some cinema 4d and rendering video(currently only 1080 but stepping up to 4k soon).

I have built some PC's in the past but my last build was 2010 and I am definitely not a hardware guy but I am a web dev.

My current machine is a early 2011 macbook...
