OSX Wont boot today :(

so guys i used my hackintosh perfectly fine yesterday all working great as usual however when i came to switch my pc on this morning it wont boot it gets about 75% through the loading then gives me a no entry i tried to boot -v and the last thing it hangs on before the text goes all jumbled and the no entry sign appears on it is
