Sierra won't boot from HD only USB.....

Have installed Sierra and it will boot from clover USB.

Have installed 'legacy' stuff with Multibeast 9.0.1

When I reboot, from HD, I get a white apple on a black screen and a bar beneath that doesn't move?

Any ideas?

When you install from Multibeast options to the HD, How do you uninstall? If you boot from usb again, load Multibeast and select different options, will these be installed INSTEAD of what was installed the first time, or AS WELL as what was installed the first time?

And...
