G74SX stucks, can't get installer gui

Hello,

i tried since 3 days to install Sierra on a laptop, read many many threads, fix a lot a issue, but can't resolve this one. Without -v, it goes to apple loading until full and.. nothing. With -v it got stuck at this ( screenshot )
