Getting Hdmi audio to work on hd3000 I'm so confused!!

I have a Gigabyte Z68AP-D3 MOBO with an i5 2500k which works perfectly with the ALC889 codec on line out, but I can't seem to get HDMI audio to work? I tried using the command but it tells me that there is no integrated gpu so doesn't even ask me...
