Finder is super laggy in Sierra

I'm having an issue where the finder is very slow to respond, especially to eject disks, drag and drop, and even highlighting something and pressing command-delete to move to trash takes over 5 minutes to respond. Nothing looks out of the ordinary on Activity Monitor. Has anyone else experienced this?

This is on a clean install of Sierra on a Gigabyte X79-UP4 motherboard, 32 GB Ram, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 video card.
