[solved] direct upgrade to Sierra - no Install macOS at reboot

Hi-
I am trying to upgrade to Sierra (from El Capitan).
I am doing it directly from the Upgrade app downloaded from the App Store.
All goes good until the computer reboots. The issue is that when rebooted, there is no entry for the new installation in clover, just the normal boot from my SSD drive. If I boot from there, no install occurs.

Anyone knows what do I need to do to get the new entry there at reboot that allows for the installation/upgrade?
