After 10.12.1 App Store, BlueTooth is not working

Updated my System 10.12.1 and now not working:
-App Store Not working -Your Device or Computer not be verified
- ICloud Imessage not working
- BluetoothCard BCM 94360 CD no Bluetooth with MagicMouse
Can somebody Help me?
