The laptop wakes up and sleeps. Dell 5570

Hello,
Today I noticed a problem with a laptop, I closed my laptop and went to sleep, after a while he turned on himself and after a while he fell asleep, some time later. I found out about you because it was closed on youtube and you could hear the sound. Where can the problem be? I also see that the laptop battery stays much shorter than on a ubuntu. The laptop is 2 months old. 20 minutes and 9% battery. Only the browser has been started.

I am having trouble with my Hackintosh build for Final Cut. I have a Gigabit Z270M-D3H with a 7700K and 16gigs DDR4 I had it up and running with the onboard video. and was working well and would render well but was very slow. So I decided to go with a Radeon RX 580. I was able to install the card disable the onboard video. system profiler show it as a RaDeon Pro 580 and hardware acceleration seams to be working. [NEED HELP] Alienware 17 R3 stuck on boot not loading or prohibitive sign

I followed the High Sierra guide step by step for installing macOS on my Alienware 17 R3, yet I can't seem to get to the installation screen. I attempted this before almost a year ago with macOS Sierra and got the same result. Any suggestions on how to get my Hackintosh working?

USB:
16 GB with UniBeast and the macOS High Sierra installer downloaded from my old Mac.


P.S.
I know it's possible to install macOS on an Alienware 17 R3 because other people have done it but not shown how.

Hi good folks! :)

I have a dilemma. Im using both Final Cut Pro and MacX Video Converter for personal home video stuff to share with family and friends.

I use Final Cut Pro to edit and export and then I use MacX Video Converter for compression using QuickSync.
Now here comes the problem.

I have recently bought a RX 580 and the export in Final Cut Pro is blazing fast, but the the performance on MacX is CPU only since I have not enabled the IGPU.

The HP Laptop 15-bs015dx was $450 (open box) at Best Buy. I thought it might make a usable budget macOS laptop, so I've been working on my new purchase the last few days.

Long story short, High Sierra mostly runs on it, after a whole lot of beneficial learning experiences. I've also come to realize that trying to get macOS run on a laptop that few others post about will be a work-in-progress project for a long time. Hello, I am attempting to install MacOS High Sierra 10.13 on the desktop in my signature.

However, after booting into High Sierra from the USB Stick via clover these are the verbose outputs I have obtained.

They end with "Window Server Service only ran for 0 seconds". How can I fix this issue?

OSX including Yosemite and beyond, frankly hasn't offered very much that I want, so I'm going to give Mavericks another try. There are some good installation guides on TMX, bit the problem is the installation files are nowhere to be found, though I do have a dmg of the Base System.

Being a clod, I don't know if I can use this to install MAV or not. Can anyone tell me what I would have to do (keeping it as simple as possible), or where I can find an installation file that Unibeast or...

Hi everyone, I'm happy to be part of the hackintosh community :)
I'm a very beginner in this world.. After few months trying to get my computer working on OSX, finally I did it, yeah!!!
Apparently, everything is working:
-wifi
-audio
-trackpad..

But when I plug/unplug the power cord, everything freeze. What did I do wrong please? thank you for your help.

Hi all

Hi all I have a problem install high Sierra the installation hangs on 2 minutes, my hardware is gigabyte H110-H i3 7100, 8gb Kingston ram, 120 Kingston ssd, using the onboard gpu, its seems like it hardware freeze even the mouse pointer is not moving, the error in the log says Can't find system audio level, that seems to be the problem, does anyone have any ideas on this any help would be great thanks

When using APFS.efi with Clover some early logging generated by APFS.efi will show during the boot sequence.

Due to copyright reasons and potential forum rules breach, this only contains patching instructions for your local APFS.efi.

APFS.efi was updated in the High Sierra 10.13.1 update.
MD5 checksum of the 10.13.1 /usr/standalone/i386/APFS.efi is: c4f1aed703d099c4cd84b25cc9ff7b18

In order to quiet the APFS.efi logging, patch the following in Hex Fiend:

I recently recovered my brother's old iMac G4 lamp 20". The LCD panel should be good, but it's either the mobo or the psu who falied.
Since this thing has been sitting in a garage for a few years, I don't want to spend money on it before I test that the monitor actually works.
