See the screenshot. The last error I get is this IOGraphics 0x3 thing.

I just downloaded this one from the web for someone having the issue with high sierra install not showing up in the clover bootloader. It succeeded in letting me in there, but now I get this error, then the screen goes bat crazy and it restarts clover. I can't make my own config plist because it will quit showing the usb as a boot option in clover.

I uploaded the file. Any ideas what is causing it? I am using the latest...

Hey all,

New to TonyMacx, just bought a Lenovo 14' Ideapad, looking to turn it into a Hackintosh. I have a friend whose built tons of Hackintoshes and he gave me his USB installer for Sierra. For some reason I can't get passed the security policy, tried a bunch of different options in the BIOS, (legacy mode, secure boot disabled, etc) but can't seem to have any luck :/
I know the SATA mode has to be AHCI, couldn't locate the HPET from the BIOS, banging my head against the wall

Hi,
I currently have macOS Sierra installed and working in my Lenovo g50-80. Before move on , this are the specs:
Intel i5-5200u
Intel HD Graphics 5500 along with Radeon R5 330m
6GB ram
1tb HDD

I followed the guide from here to create the usb installation and update from Sierra to High Sierra although I keep getting the error below attached! Also will attach my clover config.

I already changed the id config to 0x12345678 and the same happens!

Hi, big noob here.

I'm trying to install macOS High Sierra on my laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad u330 Touch, i5-4210u, HD 4400) using this guide. I've created a USB stick as required with Clover and the High Sierra installer, and upon trying to boot into the installer, I get as far as Clover, but there is no option for anything Mac-related - just about 8 options for my current Windows...

My system is a 7300hq/1050ti.


The "Apple logo loading screen" achieves normally, then it disappears, but then a circular loading animation starts and stays forever, with static glitches across the screen, until eventually the screen goes completely black (no backlight) without the computer turning off.

Naturally seems to be a graphical issue, so I tried to follow this...

Hello everyone, I just installed highsierra on my notebook with help by Maldon and Mirone.

I have almost everything working, missing only a few details:

- I think I have a lot of kexts i do not use

- HDMI Audio not working

- the screen turns black after sleep

- boot takes more then a minute

can anybody help me?

In macOS battery indicator shows its fully charged but actually its not.
when my laptop's battery is fully charged then laptop's charging LED turns into white from orange.
but LED doesn't turn into white when macOS shows "Battery is charged"
I booted Windows to check whether its actually fully charged or not and in Windows it was showing 98% charged.

Hi there,
I have a DELL XPS 13 L322X with macOS 10.13.4 installed. Everything works as expected except for the hibernation.
It freezes when I tried to wake it up. The keyboard backlight and power light turned on successfully, but it keeps showing black screen. It's not about the graphic card since it shows no responding to anything (Bluetooth, WiFi, sound etc.).

There were several times (one out of a thousand hundred) it could successfully wake up and everything worked extremely well....

Attached is the latest BIOS for Dell Inspiron 7000 series, which does not contain a "/writeromfile" function to extract a rom file.
Can anyone help extract the BIOS information from this file? What I need is the offset for DVMT-prealloc so that I can use EFI shell to modify this value to be 64mb or 128mb. Thanks!

I use Clover in the current version and get the following error message.
With 10.13.3 it works fine, but not with 10.13.4.
Is there anything special to note during installation?

Hi Someone please help me, My Machine is Acer Aspire 15 573 32jt running high Sierra 10.13.3. I have installed pci wifi which is BCM94352Z DW 1560. Both wifi and bluetooth everything working fine including handoff airdrop etc. But my Maps or Safari or Siri cannot determine my location. The Maps says "Maps cannot determine current position" and also Siri cannot determine location. Please help me.

I updated a few days ago from 10.12.6 and got everything running smoothly. I noticed that after a few hours, WindowServer would be consuming 3GB+ of memory, with a few GB compressed. This caused noticeable slow downs. I am using a 1080 with the latest nvidia drivers for 10.13. Is this happening to anyone else? Is there a way to debug it, preferably without having to use a clean user account for hours?

Logging out and back in is the only way to free up the memory.

Hi folks, I have these config:

DESKTOP:
-H61M-DS2 1.0 (GIGABYTE)
-Intel I3 2120
- NVIDIA GTX 760 2GB ASUS
-8GB RAM DDR3
- HD WD5000AAKX-003CA0
- WINDOWS 10 X64 MBR PARTITION (single partition)

When I load my penboot everything runs good until the part when my HDD is load.
The boot from my penboot does not recognize my HDD. ERROR: "DISK2: I/O ERROR" always appears.
So: It is impossible to format it.
What's the cause? What is the solution?

I'm using just one hard to Sierra and in config.plist the Volume is correct. But i need to press the F10 to get boot menu then select the hard .. booting to mac. here is the boot in config.plist i tried with 0 timeout is the same:
