[SOLVED] Stuck on "Service only ran for 0 seconds. Pushing respawn out by 10 seconds."

Hi all,
First time creating a Hackintosh. I'm running in Verbose mode for the very first time, and I'm getting stuck at:

High Sierra Random Freezing

I recently updated my El Capitan system directly to High Sierra. No issues during upgrade process, but after upgrade I have had intermittent freezing issues with my machine. This happens 2-3 times/day - the display locks up and any audio output ceases. Fixable only via restart. As far as I can tell, there are no kernel messages that show up at the restart. Here is an example:

Hi everyone!
i'd like to build a gaming/editing pc which can use macOS and Windows as OSes but I don't know what are the best components for me.
I was thinking of buying these components (hardware) :

- intel i7 8700k or i5 8600k
- z370-f or z370-e motherboards by ASUS (or the msi z370 gaming pro carbon)
- gtx 1050 Strix by ASUS or gtx 1060 founders edition (if you suggest me the i5)
- xpg spectrix adata ddr4 ram 8gb
- 650w PSU
- NZXT s340 elite
- NZXT/COOLERMASTER cpu...

i am having issues installing mac os on my computer with pentium 4 @3.00ghz and motherboard ECS P4M800PRO-M V1.0A .
it is at the start showing the apple logo the a screen is showing errors in red colour letters. plz help

Hi guys,

can someone point me towards installing High Sierra on my OptiPlex 3050?

CPU: i5 7500 3.4GHz
iGPU: Intel® HD Graphics 630
GPU: Nvidia GTX750 Ti 2GB
RAM: 16GB
Mini Tower

I did the standard High Sierra usb creation, and tried to do clover in both:
Legacy and UEFI
But I can't get through it at all, either it gets stuck at ++++++ or it reboots immediately.

Can anyone point out what I'm doing wrong?

Hello! I’ve got a Mavericks 10.9.5 Hack(Chimera) with an Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 2GB GPU. I’m currently using the latest Nvidia driver although I have tried it with the native driver.

My only real issue is that my 4K UHD display(Seiki Pro 40”) sleeps so when I boot up my Hack, by the time the display wakes(hooked up via DP 1.2) I’ve already gone past the BIOS and Boot screen and see the Apple and spinning gear which goes “black” for a second or two and then it reaches the desktop with a...

i finally managed to run Hackintosh.
Yesterday I got my Audio working with AppleALC.kext. But my HDMI audio output is not working. I allready tried to read tutorials and i was looking on google. But I dont understand these complicated tutorials. Maybe I have some problems with language too...

Could someone help me please?

Possible to overclock 6700k without custom ssdt?

i have a 6700 right now in a hackintosh media server and thinking about either a 6700k or 7700k for overclocking purposes. Right now I built the server to run as vanilla as possible. I only run 1 injected kext (fakesmc). I do not use any custom ssdt/dsdt since everything works well without one. My config.plist is barebones.

Is it possible to overclock a 6700k or 7700k without a custom ssdt and be fully functional and stable? Not looking for huge gains, maybe 4.4ghz.

First time builder, as well as poster here so any help would be very much appreciated.

My Build (the important parts):

Motherboard: Asus Rog Strix Z370-E Gaming
Processor: Intel 8th Gen i7-8700k (Coffee Lake)
Wifi Card: BCM94352Z NGFF M.2 (For handoff, continuity, etc)

BIOS Settings:
  1. Exit → Load Optimized Defaults : Yes
  2. Advanced \ CPU Configuration → Intel Virtualizaiton Technology: Enabled
  3. Advanced \ System Agent (SA) Configuration → Vt-d: Disabled...

Given the recent issues with official nVidia web driver releases (namely 387.10.10.10.25.156 and 387.10.10.10.25.157), I decided to put together a dead simple one-stop solution for updating to the latest reliable nVidia web drivers.

It's called nvidia-update and hopefully makes life easier for you guys.

So just updated to High Sierra 10.13.1 Using 'Update Directly' guide and can only boot in safe mode.

Updated to High Sierra 10.13.1 and getting:

kextId stall[0]: 'ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin', 'GFX0', and then it keeps repeating 'VoodooHDAEngine' over and over.

I get the error above or:

kextd stall [0], (60s): 'ACPI_SMC_PlatformPlugin', 'GFX0', 'PXSX', 'IOResources'
considerRebuildOfPreLinkedKernel as .vit9696.Lilu triggered rebuild

Will boot into SafeMode tho.

Any ideas?

All my kexts that I have always used have been in /EFI/CLOVER/kexts/Other/.

Was I supposed to move them...
