T4U USB working 2x faster than Fenvi T919 on Catalina - Ideas?

Hi,

Lately I have been using a TP Link T4U USB card for my internet connection, while waiting for delivery of a Fenvi t919. I received the Fenvi today and in my Catalina setup I compared speeds within a minute of one another. Both connecting to the faster 5 GHz network. I did this a couple times. The results are always the same - the t4U is about twice as fast on download and upload, as attachment shows. When running test with T4U I have strong signal (one green bar shy of max signal). Asus vivobook x512fa ej550t not booting to installer

Hello,
I have been trying to install MacOS Mojave on an Asus vivobook x512fa ej550t and I am not able to get to the installer. I have used the vanilla method of getting MacOS onto the usb installer. When I put the -v boot flag the code stops at "VoodooPS2Mouse:Version 1.9.2 starting on OS X Darwin 18.7".
I have attached the EFI with all the files that I used.

I am first time to here and gonna install macOS on my desktop.
I tried using unibeast but nothing happened.

My specs are like below:

Motherboard : ASRock B85M Pro3
CPU: QuadCore Intel Corei7-4790
GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 750 Ti
Memory: 32GB

Problems with discord bot

I am building a discord bot and I’m not able to start it, I did node ./src/bot.js . I’m running Ubuntu. Should I try and reinstall npm, node.js, discord.js, etc. under sudo?

p.s when I do the command to start I am in the correct directory in the terminal.

Last September I found the Beelink U57 Mini PC on Amazon at a fair price and purchased one for my collection.

This is the system driving a Dell 24” display at 1920x1200 and in the background it is playing a video on the Samsung 55” HDTV. Audio over HDMI works as does Audio to the local 3.5mm jack.

I saw the BeeLink U57 mini-computer on Amazon and was amazed at the feature set for the price. I certainly don’t need this computer but in the end I could not resist.

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
Motherboard: ASUS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING
GPU: ASUS GT 710 GDDR5 2 GB
RAM: 2x8 GB G.Skill Trident Z

I am currently using this system as a gaming PC with a Gigabyte RTX 2070 Super (that I know won’t work for a hackintosh build). However, I’m planning on running macOS on a separate SSD of course through the GT 710. Both GPU’s will therefore be in the system.

Can I get this to work?

I just updated to OC 0.7.2 for the latest update. Ran ocvalidate to check my config.plist. Only error returned was the the one below. I don't seem to have an "Extras" directory? All USB ports are working, but I'm not sure what I need to do, if anything? Thanks in advance for any insight.Screen Shot 2021-08-19 at 4.20.46 PM.png

I'm thinking about building a customac mini config with Big Sur as OS.

ASUS ROG Strix Z490-I Gaming and Core i3-10100.
Doubting if I will install 32 or 64 GB of Ram. No extra video card.
Question is, can I install a SSD on the m.2 slot on this motherboard as a system disk?
Should i also install a fan on top of the CPU?
Main use will be some programming, office work and occasionally some photo editing jobs.

Have already some experience with a Customac as you can see in my profile.

[Success] Radeon RX 6800 XT - Big Sur

Just got the card in the mail this morning.

It is replacing a 5700 XT which was working fine on Big Sur, OpenCore 63.

The rest of my system:

I7-8086k
MSI Z370I

The last system log shows a « PerfPowerService » error, unauthorized client on AMDRadeonX6000_AmdGpuWrangler in the pci-bridge@0 configuration.


I have tried the following so far:

- Forced my pci bus to 3x
- removed agdpmod=pikera, tried to re-add it, change definition to MacPro1,1 via board-id.
- Added an iGPU in the BIOS

Hey guys, I've recently installed macOS Big Sur on my brand new Asus Vivobook 15 X512JA and everything works almost perfect such as:

- All USB ports (A and C)
- Keyboard plus (Volume up, down, Brightness up, down)
- Trackpad
- Audio Jack Combo
- Mic
- Bluetooth
- WIFI

but when I boot into the system, my screen start glitching like 10 seconds on login screen and then it suddenly fix by itself, so I just want a little help here, because I've been looking a way to fix this problem...

in order to install macOS Big Sur in a dedicated APFS volume on my multiboot system (WIN-macOS-Linux) on separate drives (UEFI-Mode), it was necessary to switch from Clover to OpenCore. So I created the USB pendrive for Big Sur install using OpenCore 0.7.0.
