Hey guys, I'm totally new to the whole hackintosh process including this forum so let me know if there's anything additional I need to add / rules I need to follow better.

I have successfully created a bootable USB, following this guide but the installer takes forever / hangs at AppleLMUController:: start Error: Could not get SMC Provider, and eventually kexts stall[[0]], (240s): 'AppleACPICPU'.

my problem is CACKLING SOUND from audio speakers on hackintosh with active speakers. I am attaching required debug files all in zip folder. Below is my system hardware configuration:

I followed the instructions in UniBeast: Install macOS Mojave on Any Supported Intel-based PC (thanks Tonymacx86) and almost everything is working great (except WiFi but I knew that going in and don't care) but I am having an issue with shutdown and sleep.

Choosing shutdown: it shuts down then immediately turns back on.
Choosing sleep: it appears to try to sleep (the screen shuts off) then it reboots.

I tried deleting the com.apple.powermanagement.* files...

Hi All,

I have been trying to get my mackintosh up and running and the physical computer is running fine. Could install windows or linux if I wanted to but think I am having trouble getting the proper settings in Unibeast and Multibeast. Maybe my BIOS settings aren't correct (I set them to optimized).

Here are specs if anyone can help outline the various things I need to select or if there are drivers I need to upload into multibeast (if that's possible).

I'm in the middle of building dual boot Mojave/Win10 with two GPU's. RTX 2070 for the Windows 10 and Radeon for Hackintosh. I fed up with waiting for RTX drivers hence the purchase of the Radeon GPU. What do you think would it work?

This are my PC specs:
CPU: Intel Xeon x3430
Motherboard: MSI H55M P33 (Flashed from SE32)
GPU: R9 380 4GB (on Clover it shows up as R9 285 )
RAM: 12 GB

I managed to install the Mac and so far I can only boot with -x option in Clover, but the display is very slow for example, when I drag windows around the screen. When I boot without -x option this is what I get:

I bought this Motherboard refurbished from NewEgg on July 10th for just under $100. Scavenged the parts out of my ASRock Z370 ITX to test it out. Booted into MacOS the first time I started it with NO BIOS changes. I don't even know what version of BIOS it has yet.

Anyone else using this board? If so, how do you like it? I've read that the newer BIOS has issues but I'd like to upgrade to a newer BIOS for i9-9900k (and other 9000 series) support.

Is my computer Hackintosh compatible?

Hi, this is my first build ever so please bear with me. I have followed the installation guide for desktops and i’ll boot up in clover with my USB and it gets stuck at the the progress bar with about 10%. The furthest it has gone was maybe 75% and then I get the “Prohibited Sign.” Please let me know if i have to install any kexts or anything else that should help. thank you
