Beginners guide for MSI H170A GAMING PRO?

I am new in the world of hackintosh, and i would like to install osx 10.11.4 on this motherboard. I've read the installguide and the el-capitan on skylake topic, but i don't know where to start. The starters guide covers only 10.11.0-10.11.3. I heard a lot was changed regarding skylake support in 10.11.4. I made an USB with unibeast, but what do i need to do after that?
