El Capitan on Intel Screen Flicker

I built a Mac with the following configuration. I don't have a separate graphic card installed - Just using the inbuilt graphics (
Intel HD Graphics 530 7 MB)
My screen flickers when browsing, viewing videos etc. I searched the forum but no clear instructions on what the fix is.
Can someone suggest what is the solution?
