Now how can I use 380x on 10.11.5

I am try to copy 10.10.5 all amd*.kext to 10.11 s/l/e.
because 380x work fine on 10.10.5.
The result is can't load kext. but I can enter desktop.
So how can I use 380x on 10.11.5 or use 10.10 amd*.kext on 10.11
