Very slow boot of BIOS GA-Z97M-D3H

Hi everyone,

i have the following problem. After i push the power button on my case, it needs 30 sec till the Gigabyte Logo appears. After this Windows 10 or Clover boot fast. But to get to the Gigabyte logo it needs always around 30 seconds. I have no idea what settings can cause this behavior, so i'm very glad for every idea.
