Should I just downgrade to Yosemite??

So I have just made main PC audio workstation into a El Capitan Hackintosh and been having problems with USB 3 ports on my mobo (Asus x79 deluxe) being that pretty much all the ports on the board it is less then ideal

I have tried most of the solutions to get them working and they either work till it sleeps or restarts and the. I needed to unplug the device and reconnect to make it show up again.. Then after trying to fix that no of them work..

So I am asking is el capitan worth all the...
