Magic mouse 2 Issues

So I have just bought magic mouse 2 for my el capitan build, i had issues with the bluetooth but i just purchased a kinvio btd-300 bluetooth dongle. I managed to get the bluetooth to work but now it seems like the magic mouse says "not connected", sometimes it'd say its connected after playing with it but the cursor doesn't move. http://prntscr.com/bibrjp

i have tried quite a few things such as restarting and removing all usbs but nothing seems to work.
Perhaps i need to install...
