OSX installer wont get past the apple logo

Hi,
I tried booting into OSX El Capitan, but after displaying the apple logo for a little while, it just restarts the pc. I have no idea why this is happening. I tried booting it in verbose mode, but it just has a black screen for a little while, before displaying a line of stars and doing the same.
My specs are:
ASRock P55 motherboard
Intel core i5 760 processor
Geforce GTX 660
120GB kingston SSD
