Issues/Problems USB, Audio and Graphics Lenovo T540P

Hi,
I have some issues with my Hackintosh El Capitan 10.11.4 on my Lenovo T540P.

- USB not working (immediately after the install usb worked, not now)
- Audio not working (same of USB)
- Intel HD4600 and nVidia GT730M not working

I don't know what I have to do to fix these problems.
I searched on the net for some fixes but nothing works, and I am a noob of Mac.
Who could helps me?
My bootloader is Clover
