Audio works fine but becomes very faint after sleep

Basically, if I use my audio (for example; Listening to Guns n' Roses - Paradise City) and then pause it and put my hackintosh to sleep, upon resume I can still hear the song but the sound is faint and much quieter than it was before. This is a brand new installation of El Capitan, fresh install of the absolute basics through Multibeast and I got audio working by using Toleda's ALC audio script for Clover.

I reviewed previous forum posts, all of them pointed to an issue with dual booting...
