El Capitan Boot Issues

After visiting the page concerning common issues, I have boot problems. I am unable to go back to my Yosemite OS, so I have to go forward from here. To boot from the USB into my old Yosemite OS using Clover, I used the boot flags, -v nv_disable=1, npci=0x3000 and it worked flawlessly. However, when trying to use those same boot flags to boot into the El Capitan OS on the USB, I get a glitched screen. Screenshot included. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
