Rebuilding old Hackintosh: Snow Leopard on LGA1155, GA-B75M-D3H, GeForce 210

Well, 3+ years in and my Hackintosh just bit the bucket last week. The power supply died and when I replaced it, the BIOS was corrupted and automatically reloaded from an onboard backup copy which apparently was not an accurate backup, since it will no longer boot. I would prefer not to buy new gear as it is only used by my 9 year old daughter who has been quite fine with this setup until it quit.

I'm checking my BIOS settings next. If I recall correctly, I was not running the UEFI, but...
