RAID migration

I have a Hack running Mavericks and have been waiting to upgrade to El Cap when I picked up a SSD for the OS drive. Now that I've picked one up, I've been researching how to move my RAID array. I'm running a mirrored array for archival content and Time Machine backups and want to migrate it, but also want to do a fresh install of El Cap.
