Remove clover bootloader

Hi, I recently build a dual boot machine running Windows 10 / El Capitan, though I have had nothing but problems with the El Capitan drive so i'm decided to remove it all together (each OS is on a separate drive). However, after removing the El Capitan drive, Windows will NOT boot from it's respective drive. Furthermore, the only way I can get windows to boot now is through EUFI and ONLY when my unibeast USB is plugged in to my PC through the clover boot menu.
