Sierra clover UEFI install fails, "panic(cpu 0 caller..."

Can somebody help me debugging this installation:

Hardware: ASUS P550C Notebook, chipset HM76, cpu Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3337U

USB UEFI clean install on SSD off OSX10.12.2
Clover starts, but installation stops very early. Please find attached clover preboot.log, config.plist, screenshot of ESP of clover/ in Archiv.zip and screenshot of terminal-output.

Remark: booting without injection of "NullCPUPowerManagement.kext" generates identical error message "panic(cpu 0..."
