"Nvidia Chip model 5 Mb" :((

Hello.

I have a problem about the installation of graphic card.

My system is

i7 6700k
Asus Z170 Deluxe
16 GB Crucial DDR 4
Samsung 90 Pro M.2 SSD

and
Gigabyte water force 980 TI. (Because of web drivers not working, the fan of radiator is working soooooooo fast)
LG 34UC97 monitor.

I installed the system. It is working.

But the web drivers are not working as i guess.

The "Nvidia chip model 5 mb" is a wrong information which the system show me.

i tried every solution but i can't fix...
