Need advice - built ok?

Need to upgrade my Homeoffice machine - components working since 2013... need some new hardware. I am forced to buy components in a special shop, since my company is paying for those parts... 10th gen intel are available, bur no motherboards :9
anyway, is this built ok and with and able to run without any special techniques?
Any advice is really appreciated!
Work on a Mac (photoshop), play with windows...
