Hackintosh AMD

Hi all,
I would like to create a hackintosh with a AMD pc but I don't know how to create the USB bootable stick without Macintosh !
And I don't kwon if my pc is compatible with MacOs and if yes which version is compatible !

My configuration :
AMD Athlon II X2 220 Dual core
4gb Ram
Graphic card : NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE UP to 1919 mb.
1.5 TB HDD
