problem installing el capitan on skylake mobo & cpu

Hey guys, i m having trouble installing el capitan......cuz its telling me that the os is not compatible with this platform.
Specs -
mobo - Gigabyte H110M-S2 (skylake)
Cpu - Intel Core i3-6098p (skylake)
Gpu - Nvidia GT 610
Ram - DDR4 8GB HyperX

Also, is MacOs Sierra Compatible with these specs.....Thanks guys....
