Audio issue with Dell Inspiron Realtek ALC3234 (= ALC255)

Hi,
In the 10.9, 10.10 & 10.11 version of OS X using Chameleon bootloader, I was successfully able to configure audio by simply installing the two kexts below. But this time in 10.11 (El Capitan) with Clover, this method is not working. I did not use any DSDT patch. I also notice that Codec Commander is not working either.
