Mackintosh Crashing Internet

I Installed El Capitan On My PC and for some reason its crashing the internet this just started happening when i installed el capitan. i used mavericks and i didn't have this problem
my kexts are:
FakeSMC
RealtekRTL8111
NullCPUPowerManagment
VoodooHDA

Boot Flags:
-v nvda_drv=1

My Specs:
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770
MSI Motherboard
Intel I7 Core
