Can boot both El Capitan & Windows, but not without changing things on the EFI partition everytime.

So I just installed OS X El Capitan on my first ever Hackintosh, after long fiddling around that finally works. I also have Windows 10 installed on a separate partition.

I did as instructed here somewhere else the following:

- Go to EFI/Microsoft/Boot/ and rename bootmgfw.efi to bootmgfw-orig.efi
- Copy EFI/CLOVER/CLOVERX64.efi to EFI/Microsoft/Boot/bootmgfw.efi

Great, now I can see the Clover bootloader and all the different disks and boot from OS X. However, whenever I select an NTFS...

Can boot both El Capitan & Windows, but not without changing things on the EFI partition everytime.
