Does anybody use Dell T5810 workstation? please help

I have Dell T5810 workstation whith
CPU: E5-1607 v3
Memery: 4*4 DDR4 ECC
Video card: Nvidia Quadro K620

I have try more than 30 differents methods/settings to install MacOS on this machine without anly luck.
I always get a pacnic error before the install interface show.

Does anybody use Dell T5810 workstation? Could you share you bios setting and your EFI file with me?
