Installing on Dell Precision M4700, bunch of issues

Firstly, thanks so much to all who have worked hard on this stuff, really appreciate your efforts.

So here are my system specs:

Dell Precision M4700
CPU: i7-3720QM quad core
RAM: 16G
Video: Intel HD Graphics 4000 4G ram
Video #2: NVIDIA Quadro K1000M
Wifi: Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 AGN

I'm using the following:

Unibeast 7.0.1 + Sierra
UEFI boot mode
Inject NVIDIA

And here are all my attempts to get it to boot:

Normal run: See the apple logo for a second, then the circle-with-slash...
