Can multibeast be used more than once?

Got my hackintosh up and running - but realize (in my ignorance) that when i used multibeast to get up and going, I neglected to choose ethernet and audio drivers...

So - my question is - can I boot from my Sierra USB drive again and run multibeast a second time to install the appropriate ethernet and audio drivers? Or will that somehow screw my existing install up?

My setup is a Gigabyte Gaming 7 Mobo, i7 Skylake processor, 32GB DD4 RAM, multiple drives
