Problems installing Sierra - Asus ROG Maximus VIII EXTREME

Hi Folks

So this is the build:
- ThermalTake P5 Case
- Asus ROG Maximus VIII EXTREME
- EVGA GTX 980 4GB FTW
- i7 6700k

I've tested the build with a W10 installation = no problems.

I updated the BIOs and adapted to the recommend settings.

I've built the OSX boot with UniBeast as instructed and boot from it on the PC, but I don't get the installation screen, instead I get this. I choose the Sierra Boot from USB option, get the Apple logo, then a no-entry symbol and dead.
