Inconsistent issues when attempting to install (Error allocating/Error loading kernel etc.)

So I'm at a bit of a loss here... I'm getting inconsistent results so I'm not really sure what the problem is/isn't. I am a complete newbie (my first hack attempt) so please bare with me.
