Lockup on AppleLegacyUSB pre-install

I started an install from a boot image I create of Sierra. The image was modified using the NVMe proceedure with placing the NVMe kext and passing the patches. However, it's clear it fails from the USB driver. Here is the setup for some much apreciated help and advice:

64GB Corsair 3200 Vengeance RAM
i7 6700K
Samsung 950 Pro NVMe
Samsung PM951 NVMe
TP-Link Wireless
IOGear Bluetooth USB
HGST SATA II 5400 1TB extra drive plugged into Motherboard SATA
