Sierra Install Kernel Panic, please help!

Hi all,

I am trying to install Sierra using the tonymacx86 tutorial, but I keep running into this "System uptime in nanoseconds" panic and I'm not quite sure what to do.

Specs:
Intel i3-4170
GA-H97N-WIFI
8GB DDR3
GTX 960

I have tried several boot arguments suggested already on other posts, but nothing seems to be working.

Also, a picture is attached with full panic.
