osx 10.12.1, ALC892, no sound after sleep, what is the right fix?

I am using GA-Z77N-WIFI with a fresh install of sierra. The sound works pretty well at boot up, but gone after sleep.

Most of the post here talking about how to fix in yosemite. I did try the rest script. It doesn't help.

So what is a working solution for this? I just make sure I take the right path before I mess up with the drivers.
