I have followed the guide from shmilee/T450-Hackintosh to install El Capitan on my Lenovo T450.
Pretty much everything is working fine, but the Battery Status is a bit unreliable.
When you boot the laptop, it says 0%, then after a little bit it should the message that the laptop is going to sleep unless connected to power, then it shows what it seems the real %.
Following the guide, I have installed RehabMan's ACPIBatteryManager.kext in S/L/E and applied the patch.
