USB install

I saw in another installation tutorial/post that after installing MacOS from the Unibeast drive and getting to the point where it reboots, that you should go -back- to the Unibeast drive and choose the install (external) again because that would complete the installation. Is that true?

I haven't seen that stated elsewhere, but this one fairly thorough posting stated it very clearly that you needed to let it run again after rebooting. Oddly, the first time it installs for me it say it will...
