HP Elitebook 8460p - no USB 3 after successful Clover Sierra install

Hi,
I'm a hackbook noob. I just installed macOS Sierra using the Clover instructions from here:

Most things seem to be working ok, my USB 3 ports do not work.

How should I troubleshoot/resolve this??
